Tips for job interview

Find out as much information as you can about the company where you are going for the interview. Try to update yourself about everything. Know more about the job you are competing for. Make a list about what is included in the company, its products and the PR services of the organization. Knowing these things will make you feel more relaxed about your interview because you can be asked specific questions about the company.

Carry lots of copies of your CV with you, written in a professional manner, and it should include all details that could be of interest for that particular organization.
Look your interviewer in the eyes, because this will depict your confidence in yourself and that you are focusing on the conversation. Show some interest towards the organization in which you are trying to work for. Dress up in a formal way. If the company wants that you should wear a suit, then follow their rules and look as presentable as possible because that is most vital and it will make just the right impact you need.

Try to answer all the questions in not more than 50 seconds. Don’t take much of their time. That doesn’t mean that you have nag your head with a simple yes or no, but very long answers will make the other person lose his interest. Listen to him very carefully and answer all the questions directly. If you are not able to understand a particular question, never hesitate to ask the question again, do not reply back unless you are sure what you have been asked.
Prepare to tell them about your past experience and the way you consider that how can these activities will influence your carrier.

Ask questions. The questions you will ask show that you are interested in the organization and that you want to make sure this company is indeed the right place for you to work. Send a “Thank You” note within two days of an interview. Express your keen desire towards the job you are interested in and thank them for their expensive time.
